It was very informative, learned many things about MesoAmerican history. The Teotihuacan pyramids was an amazing place, such an engineering marvel considering their technology and resources at that time. Juan, our guide, is very nice and patient. He articulates well considering English is not his first language. He took time to take us to the market even if it wasn’t in the original plan. He wanted to accommodate us.
This private tour took me to Teotihuacan and basilica. You have plenty of time to explore the ruins without feeling rushed. The tour started with a brief stop at the artisanal shop that gave an explanation of the local rocks and uses as well as plenty of Mezcal and pulque sampling. My guide Geovanni was very knowledgeable and easy to talk it added a social piece I wasn’t expecting having booked the excursion alone. I was short on time but the company was very flexible on the start time accommodating my schedule. Definitely worth taking a tour!!
