Private Tour Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking and Natural Hot Spring

We did the sunrise hike with our 8 and 11 year old. They were by far the youngest we saw hiking that day but our guide, Don was fantastic and so patient. We made it up the mountain in under 2 hours and it was so worthwhile - amazing sunrise. Don sorted our breakfast and showed us how to get the best pictures and took us to quieter areas - he was great! Coming down was harder as it’s like sand so a bit tough but Don walked at our pace and was in no hurry. We would highly recommend Don

The hike was great! Our guide Dul was amazing, he gave us interesting insights on the Mount Batur history and amazing picture spots. The track was a bit crowded, but it worth the effort. Private driver service was also very efficient

An incredible experience that is definitely worth doing!!! We loved everything, and the organization was excellent! They picked us up from our hotel at the agreed time, after confirming everything with us the day before. Everything was exactly as described. They took great care of us and made sure everything was going well at all times. The hot springs are amazing and definitely worth visiting too. Everything was incredible — highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Bagus Bali Sunrise Trekking. Our guide, Dul, was outstanding: young, positive, kind and professional. He adapted to our pace, encouraged us during the climb and took many beautiful photos, always showing us the best viewpoints. The trek was more tiring than expected because we are not very trained, but it was manageable and absolutely worth the effort. The sunrise was beautiful, but our favourite part was the volcanic steam rising from the mountain in the morning light, creating an incredibly iconic landscape. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The hot springs were crowded and had too many mosquitoes and flies, so we decided not to enter the pools. The private driver was punctual and friendly. On the way back, the driver also took us to a wonderful coffee plantation at no extra cost. Highly recommended, especially thanks to Dul, who made the experience truly memorable.

Great tour. Highly recommended. Yoga was an excellent driver, and Kliwon was also an excellent guide. It’s a tough climb unless you’re fit. There are motorcycles to get you up the bulk of it if you don’t feel up to it. Amazing riders. The view is spectacular from the top of Mt Bagur (Gunung to the Balinese) We highly recommend the Hot Springs afterwards and finish off with a breakfast at the Akasa cafe in Kintamani. It has the best view from a cafe anywhere I have been in the world.

This was by far the highlight of our Bali holiday and our guide Carik was amazing. Carik was so patient and knowledgeable, and amazing with our seven and nine year old sons who also took part in the adventure. The experience was amazing; trekking up and down the volcano, exploring its rim, watching the sunrise, having breakfast and watching the monkeys. Such a great experience and we highly recommend it.

The trip was amazing, Agam was a great driver and right on time. Tana was a fantastic guide and we got to experience the crater and surrounds through a local's eyes and knowledge . I would highly recommend!

Did the sunrise trek private tour and had a great time. It was a moderately difficult hike up and took us 1.5 hours to make it to the top where we got lucky with the weather and got to see a beautiful sunrise. The trail back down was easier in terms of effort, but somewhat trickier with the loose rocks which meant we kept sliding quite a bit, so sturdy footwear with decent grip is definitely a must. Our guide Kliwan was awesome! Very friendly, helpful all the way and set a good pace for us. Would highly recommend!

Nik was great in taking care of us and not rushing at all. Walk at our own pace and still reach the top in 2hr.
