First stop POSITANO: Our vehicles can enter the town of Positano saving you time and your legs! The 5-star, chic hotspot for the rich and famous. One hour free time to wander the traffic-free lanes, covered in magenta bougainvillaea, lined with linen shops, art galleries and cafes. As you make your way down through the vertical town you will pass by the main church and finally arrive at the seafront of the crystal-blue, Mediterranean sea.

Here we find the famous gardens of Villa Rufolo, with its breathtaking view over the Amalfi Coast. Long known as a retreat for great artists and writers follow in their footprints as you take a relaxing walk through the main town. Visit the local Cathedral, shopping alleys or simply enjoy a cool drink in the main Piazza, before meeting up again with your driver.

Mario made our Amalfi Coast day unforgettable!
What an amazing day! We booked APTours from Salerno to visit Positano and Amalfi, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
Our driver, Mario, was fantastic — incredibly friendly, punctual, and attentive throughout the entire day. From the moment we met him, we felt completely at ease and knew we were in good hands.
One of the best parts of the day was actually Mario’s recommendation. He suggested that we stop at the Emerald Grotto, and we are so glad we listened to him! It was absolutely beautiful and ended up being one of our favorite experiences of the entire day.
Since we were visiting from a cruise ship, getting back to Salerno on time was very important to us. Mario took great care of everything and got us safely back to the ship without any stress.
Thank you, Mario, for such a wonderful day and for making our visit to the Amalfi Coast even more special. We would absolutely book with APTours again — and we would definitely ask for Mario!

Excellent trip, well worth the extra for a private tour
Our guide, Dom, was excellent and organised the schedule around what we wanted to see and do. He was very prompt and extremely polite and respectful. His driving was fantastic and very safe. The Amalfi coast is spectacular and we really enjoyed spending time in Ravello as well as Amalfi and Positano.

Wonderful private transfer
We booked our private transfer with Sarah from APTours. Sarah has always been so wonderful to work with. She is very timely and helpful when scheduling. We have used APTours ~ 7 out of the 8 times we’ve traveled to Italy. I normally just tell her what we would like and she puts it together for us. She’s just the best!
She scheduled us with Mario. He was a wonderful driver. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We really liked what a safe driver he was and how he gave us several suggestions for things to do/ eat in the area. He stopped on the way to Positano a cpl times for us to get some lemon ice and lemoncello, photos and to just enjoy the views down below. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Sarah and Mario. We highly suggest using them for private a transfers and tours!

Amalfi coast tour
Alessandro was a great driver/tour guide today. He was flexible and offered suggestions. We stopped in Positano, drove through Amalfi (we opted not to stop so that we could spend more time in Ravello) and stopped in Ravello. We got to stop and take some beautiful pictures along the way, see the Emerald grotto, wander through Rufolo gardens, and have an amazing lunch in Scala all at Alessandro’s suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our day!

A great tour of Hercaleum and Ravello
Having seen Pompeii previously we wanted to see Hercaleum and parts of Amalfi coast. Our cruise ship landed in Amalfi port and Sarah scheduled us a wonderful tour of the site and Ravello. She was wonderful and nothing we asked was too much.The driver provided Luigi was a treasure and a fountain of information. Sarah arranged a guide for the site and everything went well. She was always in touch with planning this tour which was very affordable and got us back to cruise ship in ample time. Later I had a few health issues and Sarah stayed in touch and recommended transportation for the remainder of our vacation. She even checked on me after we got home. I heartily recommend Sarah and AP TOURS. very professional and compassionate. You will not be disappointed if you book this agency. A great tour of the Amalfi coast and its sites.

Amalfi Racvello and back

AP Tours are First Class
We recently took a Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Salerno. Our driver Marco was excellent and he took us to Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. He also took us to a fantastic restaurant where we enjoyed a great lunch with a beautiful view of the sea.

Great experience of the Almafi Coast with our driver
We truly enjoyed our day with Domenico with APTours. He was our private driver for the day did the Almafi Coast from Naples. He was a pleasure. Ontime. The best Amalfi day trip
