Our Port Transfer service is perfect for individuals on vacation, whether you are a small group or travelling with a large party. Our professional chauffeur will pick you up directly from Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal and provide a private transfer to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) for your flight departure. Our limousine services operate between Vancouver Airport and all locations in Greater Vancouver, including Downtown Vancouver. Transfers to other locations are also available upon request. Please contact us for details regarding service to Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Delta, Tsawwassen, Langley, New Westminster, and Abbotsford. At pickup, guests must present their Viator e-ticket (mobile or printed) to the driver for verification. The driver may take a photo of the ticket at pickup as proof of service.

You may specify your preferred pickup time at booking, or we will recommend a suitable time based on your flight departure. • Complimentary wait time is up to 45 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at the cruise terminal. • If the guest is delayed beyond 45 minutes and we are unable to make contact, the driver may be released. • Additional wait time may be accommodated based on vehicle availability, but it is not included in the Viator rate and must be arranged directly with the local provider. • Cruise Terminal Pickup Procedure: - Upon disembarkation, you must collect your luggage and proceed through customs and immigration. - Follow the signs for “Limousines, Shuttles, & Private Tours (Door D)” and exit through Door D, where you will find the Limousine Dispatch Booth. - Check in with the Port Attendant at the booth. Provide your name and state that KJ Limousine Services is your limousine provider. - The port attendant will then dispatch your driver from the off-site holding area, and your vehicle will arrive at the passenger pickup zone within approximately 8–10 minutes. ⚠️ Please note: Procedures at the port are subject to change. Feel free to contact our office prior to your cruise for the latest updates. • Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity. Please ensure your group and baggage fit the vehicle type selected. • Infant seats available upon request (subject to availability). Great experience - very easy to book and pickup went smoothly. Met us directly in the cruise terminal with quick delivery to the airport to catch the 12-noon flight out of Vancouver. We were there by 9:30 AM. Had a great, narrated tour of Vancouver along the way - what a bonus !

Excellent and reliable transport. We received enough information prior to pick up with clear directions. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. The shuttle was nice and clean. Big enough for 6 of us with our luggage. The driver was amazing. Very pleasant and happy early in the morning. He was very friendly and informative. The only thing we did not like that because it was a private shuttle, we had to wait a bit, maybe 30min to get the shuttle, even though he was already waiting for us. This has nothing to do with the company, it was a port rule. This is for all the private shuttles.
