Private One-way Airport Transfer Barcelona Airport to Barcelona

We had a horrible experience with this company. We booked our transportation from the airport to our hotel months before our trip. We were told the driver would begin waiting for us 30 minutes after our international flight arrived. However, the driver instead came right when the flight arrived and was only willing to wait 30 minutes which is completely unrealistic for that airport. I called the driver to tell him customs was a long line. He said no problem, he would wait and then a half hour later left us. I called the company and they would not give us a refund. They should not be picking people up from the airport if they are not willing to wait the normal time to get through customs and luggage pick up. This was an awful way to start our trip. I recommend avoiding this company!

We had changes in plans with 5 people and 3 handicapped mobility scooters. They were very accommodating and asked for dimensions of the scooters and luggage to be sure everything fit. They kept in text contact at BCN airport, bags and scooters took over an hour to arrive in bag claim. Driver was great!

Transfer was never provided because we had to wait for our luggage to arive on the next plane (2 hrs later) with our luggage. The driver. How do we gee left before our luggage arrived. How do we get a refund?

I will never ever book a private one-way service from the airport to my hotel again. These days flight delays that occcur on the day of your filight is not uncommon. Travelers have no control over the situation. This company was not willing to make adjustments to my pickup time and refused to refund my money. I lost $89.00. As it turned out, cab service in Barcelona was excellent and cost only $42.00. Use this service at your own risk.

It was Excellent ! We had have some issues with our luggage , our driver communicate with us couple time, he was very patient and kind to wait for us.

Our flight arrived early but we had to wait over 45 minutes for our luggage in baggage claim. While waiting for our luggage I was in communication with our driver and while our luggage arrived the driver said we had to pay an extra €25 for him to stay and wait I said we are coming out now our luggage just arrived. When he dropped us off at the hotel he still expected an extra €25. Keep in mind I had already prepaid for the transfer through Viator. And there was no rule written on my voucher or receipt stating that there was a time frame where we had to pay extra if our flight or luggage was late. I've paid for many airport transfer and I have never had a drive say he's leaving unless I pay extra money. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication on the company's part as if I had known there was a time limit I would have just taken a taxi to the hotel.

The driver was right on time. His automobile was clean and had plenty of room. His communication skills were perfect.

Good communication, and they were right on time, actually a few minutes early. Driver was very friendly. If I had done more research, I think calling a taxi on our own would have been cheaper.

Pick up from the airport was very good, the driver, Khan texted me as soon as we landed and he directed me where he was waiting with my name, everything went smoothly. We had more suitcases than planned and amazingly he was able to fit them into the minivan!! I honestly wish we could have booked this provider for our return ride to the airport from the port, but unfortunately they did not do port pickup!! I would book with this provider again!
