I would give zero stars of I could. Our flight was delayed and when I reached out to discuss new arrangements I was told that accommodations could be updated for an additional $10 per person and if I book his company for a tour. This was highly unprofessional and frankly it felt like I was being extorted for more money for a situation outside of my control. I wouldn't recommend this person and in fact believe he should be removed from Viator so no one has to experience this type of greed.
