Magical Krka National Park and Winery Tour!
My wife and I visited Croatia for our honeymoon and we had the pleasure of going on a tour of Krka National Park and a local winery with our tour guide, Goran! The tour was absolutely wonderful and Goran had all the history and inside knowledge to make it even more special. He was more than a tour guide as he knew what the local history was but also the information that people really want to know when coming to Split for holiday. He also was a great photographer and knew where to take all the good pics!

Terrible company. No show. And tried (initially) to blame us
I wish I could give zero stars. We booked this trip months in advance, and it was confirmed through multiple emails.
When we arrived at the port, there was no guide with our name or the name of the company to be found. I telephoned the company, who first said "Why did you walk past the guides?". To which I replied, "there were 50 of of them, and none for us".
Then she said the guide was there.
Then she said, "Oh, I though you were on the foodie tour".
When I told her we were on the waterfall tour, she said "oh yes, a party of 8". To which I replied there were 4 of us.
Then she said she had no record of it. I sent her the string of emails and she finally admitted she had made a mistake.
But there is no excuse for that. There are dozens of good tour companies in Split. Pick a different one!

After your initial inquiry by email, no confirmation or payment was received, which means no reservation existed in our system. For this reason, there was unfortunately no booking under your name at the meeting point.
When you contacted us, we immediately offered several solutions – including joining another tour and even a complimentary lunch – but all offers were declined. Instead, we received threats that you would use your “300 followers on Tripadvisor” to leave a negative review.
We kindly remind future readers that this tour has more than 90 five-star reviews, which clearly reflect our standard of service. This situation was not representative of the way we operate, and we remain committed to providing every confirmed guest with a professional and enjoyable experience.

Our group had a nice...
Our group had a nice time, but I do not believe you need a guide to visit Krka National Park, which is beautiful. Most tours like this one require you to buy your own ticket into the park and you do the hike on your own so the guide’s primary role is transportation. Note that swimming in the water by the falls is prohibited although a couple of photos posted on the site infer otherwise.

Regarding the tickets and swimming, our website clearly states that tickets must be purchased separately and that swimming is not allowed at the waterfalls, in line with park rules.

Goran was fantastic as a tour guide!
Goran was an amazing tour guide. Excellent driver who was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the region! He knew how we should bypass crowds and get the most out of seeing the national park. We loved how proud he was about his country and his beloved family!

Goran was a great guide and driver. Took us first by Klis castle then on to Krak waterfalls. Gave us a tour there then off to the wine and prosciutto tasting. Wonderful guide

Best overall experience available. Great tour of the park, the hike was incredible with wonderful views of the many waterfalls.
Afterwards an intimate wine and cheese experience with a local vintner on the way back.
Goran was engaging, very knowledgeable and easy to converse with. Highly recommended!!
