Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood and the most charming one, it’s considered the historic soul of Lisbon and its steep, cobblestoned lanes stand just as they were in medieval times. This area is best known for its fado houses and the great festivities of Lisbon which honors “Santo António” (St. Anthony) during the month of June, luring thousands of people into the streets. This neighbourhood resisted to the terrible earthquake of 1755 and this is one of the main reasons that contributed to the preservation of its authenticity. This charming area retains some of the Moorish atmosphere with its alleys, staircases and clothes drying on the windows.
Chiado & Rua Garrett’s Buzz: Chiado’s where it’s at for shopping and chilling. Rua Garrett’s got everything from great cafes to amazing trendy shops and even the oldest bookshop in the world.
Bairro Alto, with its vibrant nightlife and artistic murals, offers a contrast to the historical Largo Camões. Where Lisbon's bohemian heart beats strongest.
Largo do Carmo is a bit quieter, nice for a breather and to check out some history without the hustle. history whispers from the ruins and the quiet corners, speaking of revolutions past and the continuous march of time.

Great experience. Xavi was our guide and did an amazing job, would definitely recommend it.
Rafael was an amazing guide. Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly person and spoke excellent English. Would 100% recommend the tour. 2 hours is not enough! Request Rafael!
Nani was an excellent guide for our family. He made things interesting for our teens and made sure we saw all of the great sights.
Paulo was our tour guide for our family of 4. We booked the 2 hour tour and he did a great job keeping it light and appropriate for our kids and took us on the perfect overview of Lisbon and its hills and look outs! Definitely a great way to get a feel for the city before setting out on foot to explore in more detail!!
Despite living in Lisbon, I booked this tour so my parents could get to know a little bit of Lisbon without having to walk around the city. And it was a very pleasant surprise, both for me that I already know some points and especially for them. Marta was very kind and friendly and explained us about various points of the city and many curiosities (including secret bars 🤣❤️). The viewers are getting better and better with each stop, and it makes us confirm once more that this city is beautiful and full of stories. Very well worth it :) I recommend
We saw a lot of the city, more than you could possibly see on your own. Our guide, Alvaro, was great.
Marta is a great guide, she accompanied and guided us the whole time, she has extensive historical and current knowledge of Portugal. I recommend her 100%!
We were coming to Lisbon for a few days and didn't know how to make the most of it until we discovered boost Portugal at the hotel the editory riverside. A tour specialized in taking us to all the tourist and not-so-tourist places in the heart of the city. There were 7 of us including Marta; our excellent guide. She stood out for explaining everything to us in detail about the city's architecture, its history, and its past. Without a doubt, the 2-hour tour seemed very pleasant to us, the time was just right, and the explanation of everything was magnificent. My family and I were very happy with everything. Highly recommended!!!
We had the absolute best time on our electric tuk-tuk tour with Marta! She went above and beyond from start to finish, curating a personalized experience for us. We managed to see so many of the city’s beautiful highlights in such a short amount of time, along with incredible hidden spots, scenic viewpoints, and local gems we never would have discovered on our own. To top it off, her dinner recommendation at Baiúca in Bairro Alto was the absolute highlight of our evening, one of the best meals of our trip! Marta is warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about the city and I highly recommend her.
Booked with our MSc cruise excursion - Louis was a great tour guide and it showed us amazing sites and pasties del nata were delicious! Thank you
