Enjoy this private full day tour of Verona from Venice with a local tour guide. You will take the fast train from Venice to Verona early in the morning (exact time to confirm). Once in Verona you will meet your private official tour guide in Puorta Nuova Station to start your 2.5 hours guided tour. Verona is one of the most beautiful cities of northern Italy. Besides being where the tragic love story of Romeo & Juliet happened, the city has a lot to offer. You will visit the roman arena, which is located in Piazza Bra and visit one of the oldest squares of the city, Piazza Delle Erbe. You get tricked , you buy the ticket from Venice thinking you start at Venice only to get there and find out that the whole trip begins in Verona and you must make your way there. Then I didn’t get my tickets till the time I got to Venice station. And missed the train I was supposed be on. The rest is still happening

The train tickets and complete travel information were sent to you by email through the booking platform approximately **24 hours before the departure**, and these messages were received through the platform. When you contacted us by phone approximately **45 minutes before the train departure**, we immediately sent the tickets again, on four separate occasions. The messages and tickets were successfully delivered and were also shown as read on the platform. Regarding the departure from Verona, this information was part of the booking and itinerary. The train journey itself departs from **Verona**, rather than Venice, and travelers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to reach the departure station. Unfortunately, you missed the train but even with that, we changed the time of the guide so that you don't loose any part of the tour when the missing of the train was your fault 100%. We understand that this was disappointing, but we want to be transparent that the tickets were provided well in advance and were resent several times when you contacted us. We remain committed to providing our guests with clear information and assistance throughout their journey. Thank you.
This was a great tour! Our guide was knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. And even though it was a crazy hot day, she showed us countless beautiful spots in Verona and took her time so that we could see and really absorb it all and learn about Verona’s history. And she was very patient as we took many, many photos. We saw so much in those few hours, what a city!!!
