However, we must respectfully clarify that certain statements in your review do not reflect what actually occurred. Your reservation was placed at 2:24 AM, outside our business hours, and your first message requesting immediate assistance was sent at 2:29 AM, just five minutes later. As soon as our office opened, your reservation became our immediate priority. Unfortunately, due to the extremely short notice, we were unable to coordinate the service. We immediately approved your refund request and informed you that the refund had been successfully processed. It is important to clarify that all payments and refunds for Viator bookings are handled directly by Viator, not by our company. We never received your payment. Viator has officially confirmed to us in writing that your full refund was processed on July 24, 2026. The time required for the refund to appear in a customer's account (typically 3–7 business days) is determined by Viator's refund process and the customer's financial institution, not by our company. No payment was ever retained by our company. Therefore, the statements in your review claiming that your money was lost are directly contradicted by Viator's official records. Although the booking could not be fulfilled due to the extremely short notice, we immediately approved your refund and, as a gesture of goodwill, also offered you a discount voucher for a future reservation. We are proud of the level of service we provide to our travelers, and every reservation, payment, refund, and communication through Viator is fully documented through the platform's official records.
