This was a fun experience. We really did get to see landmarks and some hidden gems. The boat is a unique vessel that originally had been built for family camping. It worked well for touring the harbor and the canals of the city. Andreas, who serves as captain and guide, is a Copenhagen native. He clearly loves showing visitors around his beautiful city and he gives you some personal insights about the city. If we return to Copenhagen I’ll book this tour again, because it was such a delightful couple of hours out on the water. Andreas is a great host.
This was a such a great tour and a highlight of our trip. Getting a tour from Andreas felt like getting a tour from a family friend. He was so nice, very knowledgeable about Danish history, and very amenable to answering any questions we directed his way. We did this tour on our first day and I felt as though we got a view of the city that was both unique and beautiful. Highly recommend!!
I can’t tell you how happy we were to have Andreas as our guide in our Copenhagen boat tour. What a wonderful ambassador for his country. Very knowledgeable of the history of Denmark. Also very personable. I highly recommend this tour and Andreas specifically.
Such a great experience. Andreas is very knowledgeable and it was wonderful to have someone who grew up in Copenhagen tour us around. 10 out of 10!
This is a must book tour. Andreas is a great guide and gives fantastic insight into the sites and city. The meeting spot was convenient and easy to find.
Andreas gave us an insightful tour and we had a fabulous time. We cruised slowly in his vintage boat, got good history, and learned about Copenhagen from a local perspective. The tour was very personal. We were very happy not to be on one of the larger boat tours. I highly recommend this tour.
Andreas was great! Very knowledgeable about history and architecture. He is very personable and will tailor the tour to your interests.
It was a very nice activity. Andreas, our captain was top!! He could tell a lot about the history and about the buildings we passed.
We had the pleasure of doing this boat tour on our first day in Copenhagen, and it was the highlight of our visit to the city! Andreas greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome on his lovely boat. And from the time we stepped on board until the time we stepped off the boat, he was a gracious host and tour guide who talked to us about the city, sharing interesting stories about what we were seeing as we cruised the waterways and happily answering all our questions. This private boat tour is an absolute "must do" for any visit to Copenhagen.
We - group of four - thoroughly enjoyed our tour around Copenhagen with captain Andreas. He entertained us and explained about everything we were passing. We enjoyed coffee and beer. Recommended!
