Thiago was exceptional - communicated with us well before arrival so we felt prepared and safe for our late arrival. Once we arrived Thiago was the best! Giving us a mini tour on our way to the hotel, filled with recommendations for activities and food. To cap it off Thiago made sure our check in to the hotel was successful making us feel very comfortable through the process

Vitor was the one who picked us up at the airport on our arrival and he’s there in arrival area waiting for us with our big names in his iPad . He’s very friendly and helpful with our luggages . He’s speaks English fluently and gave us some highlights about Rio de Janeiro since it’s our first time in the city and country . We even had a quick stopped to show us the sugarloaf mountain from the distance which was very nice . He’s an excellent driver . I’ll use him again if we ever come back in Rio .
