Very interesting tour through the salt works. The guide was very friendly and was able to share a lot of knowledge.

Such a wonderful experience for everyone ! The tour guide was great and we all loved it. We got to learn about salt production which is not something I ever thought I would learn about. We even got to taste some salt and cheese at the end of the visit which was a nice touch. I absolutely would recommend this tour if you’re ever in Lanzarote.

Alberto shows you around his salt pans with enthusiasm. For you, he explains how they work, but also their history and his fight to keep them going! A fourth-generation operator, he advocates for organic and sustainable activity. In short, a wonderful encounter with a magnificent place and a beautiful person, a lovely moment of sharing. The products tasted are of high quality and related to the salt pan production, which doesn't hurt at all 🫶🏻👏🏻🫶🏻

We visited July 2026. We were a family of four, with two children. The tour was great, the guide Alberto was fantastic. A small tasting at the end sampling the salt was nice. We even saw some flamingos in the lagoon.

We can therefore think that the visit will be in French. He is also registered there visit in several languages but in no way that French is not spoken. Arrived at the site near the guide who tells us "not to visit in French". We therefore ask for a refund if possible. He says yes to seeing the ticket office. He warns by walkie-talkie we understand "6 French..." At the counter "no, possible only on the Internet since ordering on the Internet". I'm asking for proof of no visit. She tells me (phone reverse translator) "no need I'll warn." Result taken (which could have just been cancelled because order placed within two hours before). Return to site two days later and other people. A Mr who spoke little French but we manage to understand each other. He apologizes, says he's gonna call, asks me to leave my details. I don't know if he did. In the meantime, management reply by email. "The policy does not allow for refunds. It is noted that French is not spoken. That I have no proof of not having made the visit...." Lying about the notation of the French language not spoken. Proof, I asked for one that I was refused (they would warn...). I asked for proof in capture of where it says "no French spoken" I'm still waiting for it. They remain muted to my last email despite my explanations, my evidence captures that it is noted "visit in several languages" which is not the same. 132 euros in their pocket is theft. The bad faith of my interlocutor is incredible and beyond me. Priced at 22 euros, why not invest in French audio guides in this case? At this rate of fraud and bad faith the coffers are full. I hate this kind of fuss so I share it so you don't get screwed unless you Frenchmen can speak Spanish or German English. You don't have to give me a ready-made answer and repeat what you wrote me by email. Know that we French are contributing to the life of your island and that this visit that should have been a pleasure remains a stop across the gorge. Being charged 132 euros and not wanting to hear anything is simply aberrant. Beautiful tourism esteem on your part. Quite a trap, mostly.

What a great visit! I was so glad I’d managed to persuade my husband to do this visit, as it was excellent. It was most interesting and varied. Our guide was Santiago who was brilliant. I thoroughly recommend this visit if you are in that part of Lanzarote.

Lovely tour. Anna was great at explaining how the salt is extracted, the history and future plans. It was good to hear they are restoring the original windmills and becoming more eco-friendly.

We drove past the salt farm a few times and after a bit of research decided to pay a visit. The two hours we spent there were exceptionally well rewarded with a walking tour of the salt farm and a fact-filled talk on how salt is made by natural evaporation. Our guide Anna was very knowledgeable, but didn’t just blast facts at us - she wove a fascinating narrative about the history of the farm, the challenges it has faced and its plans for the future. I’d definitely put this on your itinerary of you are visiting the area.
