Driver ( Adriano ) went out of his way to help family get from pickup point to destination and restaurant.

The driver never showed up to meet us at the airport and didn’t answer our phone calls or messages. We ended up having to take a taxi after waiting around for over an hour trying to figure out what happened. Then the next morning I received an email from trip advisor stating that our driver had requested a refund for us. Still never heard from our driver. I guess at least we got our money back. Not the experience we were looking for after a long travel day. This is the first negative experience I have had with trip advisor and I have been using them for many years!

We booked a cruise leaving out of Vancouver, BC. We knew we were taking a chance by flying in the same day as the cruise, but after researching driving companies on Viator, we went ahead and hired a driver to pick us up from Vancouver Airport and take us directly to the ship. Rodrigo Peres was our wonderful driver and not only did he get us to the ship he had to work with two flight-time changes plus a delay from our flight take-off! The Vancouver airport was overwhelming due to the number of cruise passengers flying in, but Rodrigo was there waiting for us even though we were behind schedule. Rodrigo was incredibly helpful, personable, and presented us with an interesting "mini-tour" of Vancouver as we drove to the cruise port. Despite all the chaos and set-backs of the day, Rodrigo got us to our ship AHEAD of schedule! Should we return to Vancouver I would definitely hire his company and request Rodrigo Peres as our driver again.

Adriano picked us up and actually came to find us inside the Airport terminal as we could not figure out where we were. He was so personable, helpful and chatted with us about the city as we had never been in Vancouver before. He helped us with our luggage and dropped us off in front of our hotel. A great experience!

Rodrigo is so professional, excellent service, polite , respectful , he was attentive to every detail since before we landed and follow through until we met at airport, texting and calling us to make sure we were well , and on the way to hotel telling us important things about the city etc and in general , someone very pleasant to talk to.
