The driver was very professional. He monitored our flight, which we had a three hour delay. The driver was waiting at the airport for us and greeted us with a warm welcome. He loaded our luggage and drove us to our hotel. He provided info about the city and he let us know about tours of the city that they offered. Excellent service!
When we recently booked the transport from airport to hotel in Vancouver, I called ahead of time to add a couple of hours prior to our hotel check in. Company was only able to respond in a timely manner but our driver Simir came a little earlier because our flight was in early and was helpful, informative, and friendly. He showed us places around city we wouldn’t have seen and gave interesting facts. Overall a wonderful experience after a long flight with all 11 in traveling party, including one with mobility issues

Driver was.very nice and professional. There was some difficulty locating him at the airport, but it was very busy with FIFA traffic. It was not the VIP welcome that I was anticipating.
