DO NOT BOOK :I'm writing this because me and my friend had an horrible experience with this company. Not only to mention the lack of organisation but the amount of money it cost me and my friend. We had an appointment at 19.00 on 21st od August. Since they demand a meeting 30 minutes before the air tour (in our case 18.30) it would be very disrespectful and awful to cancel the whole tour at that exact time right? Well apparently they don't think so, because that is exactly what happened to us. Because the respect here clearly goes just one way we were 2 minutes away from the airport on time as promised when we get a notification that our air tour is cancelled. In what world do you think it's acceptable to cancel the appointment when the clients arrive? On top of that since we are from Miami Beach and 2 minutes away from your airport we were very far away from our hotel in an uber that cost us 70$ one way and a 100$ in the other. We wasted nearly 200$ because they are unorganised and unprofessional. I understand that the tour was cancelled because of the weather conditions but as much as I am concerned that is what the weather apps are for. I'm still in shock because I cannot believe someone can be so unaware of when the right time to cancel an appointment is (especially if the location is so far from the city), but I can assure you that cancelling it the moment your clients arrive is not the best way to make them come back or recommend you. Since they wasted not only our 180$ for the tour and 170$ for the uber (because they cancelled at the time of the appointment) but also our time that we do not have as much. I hope you understand why I expected them to pay back the money for the tour they cancelled and money for an uber that we took because they cancelled the tour the last minute. I hope they understand that they made two 16 year olds waste a lot of money that they worked really hard to earn. I really hope they don't usually do this horrible type of business. Us loosing nearly 400$ because of your unprofessionally especially since your mail is blocked and I cannot contact you is absolutely unacceptable.
