The experience was amazing. Ahmed and Islam made our day. They picked us up on time, took us to the shop where we bought the must-have scarves, and then to the location where we took the quad bikes for an hour. My family, especially the kids, enjoyed it.
We contracted 4 services with this agency, we did it well in advance, 3 excursions and a transfer, we thought that contracting directly with a local agency would offer us a better service, CRASO ERROR: The first was a guided tour of the pyramids of Giza, Saqqara and Memphis with an extra faluca ride. The excursion was fine and the guide (he told us to call him "Bob") correct, but the ride in "faluca" was with a large motor boat and so we expressed our discontent to the guide, he told us that with the wind it was dangerous to go in faluca, we have experience in sailing, even Latin sailing, the wind was correct apart from that you could see falucas sailing on the Nile, before this answer the guide did not say that for them a faluca can be sailing or motor (something that we were denied by the guide of the cruise we did later)... The second excursion was A REAL PICKUP A camel "walk" around Giza, the "walk" consisted of going about 100 meters ahead, taking a picture (incidentally, very bad) and coming back, we expressed our discomfort to the guide and got another walk just like the previous one... This cannot be considered a separate excursion, which cost us (food included) 50 dollars a head... The guide told us that it was 20 minutes (which in no case are specified in the description of the excursion) but it was not even 10 minutes... and on top of that we saw people who took a much bigger walk... The third service was a transfer from Luxor to Hurghada, an hour late at the contracted time...:We had to send the location of the motorboat when we arrived in Luxor and so we did, they sent us another location that according to Google maps was a minute walk away, but when we were heading there, we were told that it was closed, so we let Emo Tours know, who told us that they would tell the driver...If it wasn't for the intervention of the jeweler of the Ciela motorboat (and the only person in all Egypt who when we went to tip him, told us "No, please, I did it gladly") with which we had done the cruise and nothing to do with Emo Tours, we are still waiting for the driver, he didn't know that he had to go to a new location...I refer to the Swap captures, a real "conversation of sea breams"... The last service was an excursion through the old part, alabaster mosque, Coptic part and Egyptian museum with a very capable guide, which was with the only one that we had no incident... BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY AT ALL, IT IS BETTER TO RUN EVERYTHING ORGANIZED FROM A SPANISH AGENCY THAT CAN BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND NOT WASH YOUR HANDS WITH A LOT OF "WE ARE SORRY"'S
Baher and the driver excellent!! Super cool, very friendly, attentive to us all the time! I recommend them 100%!!
The camel ride was amazing! It was great to ride a camel with the view of the piramide! My guide, Kiro, was very friendly and always available to take a lot of pictures during the tour. I suggest this tour!!!

Our tourist guide was great ! He is very knowledgeable and he not only took us to the camel ride and the pyramids. We also went to a papyrus museum, a neckless local factory and a famous perfume store.
Thank you from the depths of the Tourism Madeena Al Remal company for coordinating trips, and God willing, my dealings with you will not be interrupted, and I advise everyone to coordinate with them, because they are very trustworthy and credible. Thank you very much

A fairly enjoyable couple of hours riding the camels in the desert areas around the Giza pyramid perimeter. if you expect to get up close to the pyramids on this trip...YOU WON'T! Although at one point, you are taken to an elevated point where the pyramids are visible in the background for a photo opportunity. Water is available at this point, but at your own expense. The guides were keen enough and eager to please, but also very keen on a massive tip. Mine suggested I give him $30! I gave him $10 but that was only because the camels looked like they desperately needed a meal. One word of warning, as you are led through the narrow alleyways along the border fence you WILL see dead horse, dog and cat carcasses. Not something we're used to in the Western world so be ready for that.
They did an awesome job. Ontime at our hotel and accommodated a few requests after the tour. English translator was excellwnt. Thanks alot. We will be back
The tour was so eady for 2 new tourists.. Tonsi and his driver picked us up at the hotel with plenty of water and snacks for us. We were very luck to have Tonsi as our guide on our trip and we recommend him to everyone. He spoke excellent English and was so knowledgeable of current and ancient Egypt. He provided great education on the pyramids and the sphinx and ensured we had a fun and effortless camel ride. In addition he was constantly taking pictures on his phone and on ours so we had plenty to go through once the trip was over. During the camel ride, Tonsi introduced us to a great team who took us through the desert and provided plenty of humor and photo opportunities. We recommend this trip to anyone looking for a safe and effortless Giza experience.
