Welcome to our starting point! Here in Pioneer Courthouse Square, known as Portland’s “Living Room,” your guide will greet you next to the Umbrella Man statue and introduce the city’s rich history, creative culture, and the plan for today’s culinary experience.
Begin your tasting journey with a crispy Japanese-inspired sandwich seasoned with savory miso. This stop perfectly represents Portland’s love for global flavors and local ingredients, blending tradition and innovation in every bite.

This tour could not have been more perfect. Our tour guide was Ken and he was so wonderful friendly and knowledgeable. There was SO MUCH food we were stuffed by the end.
