Bossin ride with Rick. He was a great tour guide. Tour was great and the lobster roll was epic! Ask for Rick when you book! Best tour guide.
This was a good way to see the Portland lighthouses. However, I found the trip very pricey ($165.00 per person), for what we got. Lunch was included. Our guide, Pat was very knowledgeable and personable. We had a " private tour", as my husband and myself were the only two people that day. However, the bikes were not maintained well. We were very concerned that my front wheel was loose and misaligned, and the seat was loose. These were serious concerns, as safety could have been compromised. My husband noticed that my bike did not look right after the tour started, and we had to call attention to these problems after we had started riding and pull off the bike path. If one is going to own/operate such a company, it behooves them to check/inspect the bikes on a regular basis.
Chuck gave us an amazing bike tour. Liked all the stops and the lobster roll was much better than expected since from a food truck. Would go back for another lobster roll.
Glad you enjoyed the tour and the lobster roll
Our guide Lauren was freaking awesome and made it fun. The other riders were also good people. The riding pace was a little slow for me, but was very kind to riders of all skill levels. Bite Into Maine is still the best lobster roll I've had.
Thank you
Scott showed us around Portland and South Portland on our first day in town. We enjoyed the lighthouses, history of the WWII supply ship-building, views off the Maine coast and especially the XL lobster rolls for lunch at Cape Elizabeth.
Glad that you enjoyed the tour.
Matt is a great tour guide and a good guy all around. Not only did we have a beautiful ride through South Portland and Cape Elizabeth, we also learned about naval history along the way. Oh yea, the lobster rolls were solid.
Thanks for cycling with us
Scott was a great guide. He balanced the needs of the group well and kept us in good humor. I thought the ride was a very enjoyable way to see the lighthouses and some of the area...and of course the lobster roll was great!!
Thanks for cycling with us
Guide was great but the bikes are very sub par. Not well maintained at all - kept slipping gears. Didn’t have lights, bells or rear view mirrors. Other than that ….. we got to see some cool lighthouses and lunch was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide.
Glad that you enjoyed the ride. Sorry you had issues with your bikes; we try to keep them well maintained. We do not provide lights or mirrors on tour but guests are always welcome to bring their own
Scott & Tom were our guides & were amazing. The entire day was so great. Biking between the lighthouses was beyond our expectations.
Thanks for cycling with us
My husband and I were traveling to Portland Maine for only 3 days. We wanted a way to explore Maine all while learning some history, seeing the staple lighthouses, and yes, the XL lobster roll! This is the tour. Our tushies were a little sore the next day, but we would definitely book it again. Rick and Pat were fabulous tour guides- full of good humor and good historical information. 10/10 review!
Thanks for joining us. I hope your tushies have recovered
