We were a group of 15 and the transfers worked out perfectly. Great communication from Around the Clock. Our driver Raul was fantastic, he was at our pick up location early and let us know whenever we were ready he was there for us. We would definitely use Around the Clock again for transfers.
Very smooth pick up - got sms telling us driver was on the way, and another with specific pick up details. Much better than going with the gobus if you have a group organized.
We were significantly delayed getting off our cruise ship and they offered to push our transport back 1.5 hours, with no change fee. The driver was great at communicating their location.
This was the easiest departure from a cruise terminal that we have ever experienced! The driver called to tell me his spot number, and when we walked up to it, he was holding a sign with my name on it. He put our luggage in the van and we got right in. The seats were very comfortable and the ride felt safe and made the early morning travel easier for my family that has not traveled before.

This was our 4th experience. All of the drivers have been excellent and vehicles have been good until this last experience. I felt like I was in a bus and should have just taken the cruise shuttle. Van was uncomfortable and something out of the back lot. My seat's seat belt was completely missing!
Timeliness of pickups were right on time. They were always on time and courteous. Drivers were familiar with the route.
Fast and friendly. Orlando called to let us know he would be our driver and offered to come early if needed once there he called again to let us know exactly where he was parked and what he was in so we could locate him easily. On the drive to the airport he was talkative and offered to make a stop if needed.
Tito was absolutely wonderful. I loved the communication with the company letting me know the driver info and the status of arrivals. It was super easy and I felt very comfortable. I will definitely use again. Oh and it was a treat being in a Mercedes.
