As planned in advance, the historic center areas such as Spaccanapoli and the Quartieri Spagnoli were to be explored on foot, so Enrico dropped you very close to the pedestrian zone and gave you the agreed free time to enjoy those areas independently. During the day, he also added some panoramic stops and viewpoints that were not originally included, and helped organize the pizza experience you had requested at 50 Kalò, away from the busiest part of the city. Once Enrico learned that your ship was departing later than the schedule we had originally planned around, he also extended a little bit the service beyond the initially agreed timing so that you could enjoy the day with a little more flexibility and without feeling rushed. We understand that, with a very customized itinerary, sometimes the way the day unfolds can feel slightly different from what someone may have imagined beforehand. For this reason, after reading your review, I reached out personally because I genuinely wanted to understand whether there had been any specific point we could improve.Unfortunately, we did not receive any further details, so it has been difficult for us to identify exactly which part of the day did not meet your expectations.
