Moonshine & Redneck Certified

You can't beat an air conditioned bus ride on a 97 degree day that takes you to a moonshine tasting at 10am!! The redneck jokes, singing, sightseeing, and educational learnin' part were an added bonus!!

Funny but lacking.

Our host was very funny but we got very little about the area, history or the sites.

Redneck comedy bus tour/pigeon Forge

Was an awesome tour! Skeeter kept us laughing all the time and was a great host! Fred, the bus driver was just as personable and funny as well! What a fun trip, the two hours went by so quickly. We’re definitely recommended to purchase tickets.

So much funnier than the boring Comedy Barn

Absolutely hilarious. We are Indiana rednecks and "got" every joke. So funny when people poke fun at themselves. Biggin was great. The moonshine tasting was wonderful with no high pressure to buy whatsoever. And a nice break off the bus. We saw a momma bear and 2 cubs cross the road in front of us. Highly recommend but wouldn't take children because they wouldn't get the humor. Would have loved to do it immediately again with the other driver and comedian.

Was just “Eh…”

Honestly, was boring as hell. No real sightseeing value. Driver was funnier than the comedian! Dumped us off in Gatlinburg for 40 minutes. Almost half the trip. Took the Pigeon Forge road back that everyone has taken…nothing new. Was a “one and done” deal for us. Save your $ and use it to eat breakfast at Waffle House a couple days!

A trolley ride would be cheaper

The bus driver and comedian were very nice and the bus was air conditioned. But it is just a ride to the distillery in Gatlinburg to taste and get you to buy products. I was excited to go up the mountain to an area to take pictures but it was too crowded to park. So we just drove back to the parking lot where we started the tour, it is not what is advertised. But if you want a ride to go to a tasting for a half hour and back that is what it is.

Operator response

Thank you for the kind words about our driver and comedian! We're sorry the mountain overlook stop wasn't possible that day — when parking is too crowded to safely pull the bus in, we do have to skip it, and we understand that's frustrating when you were looking forward to it. The distillery tasting is a highlight for many guests, but we hear you that it wasn't the experience you expected. We'd love the chance to make it right — give us a call, and we'll take care of you.
