To clarify, the Katathani Resort is an expansive property with multiple wings and separate entrances (for example, the superior rooms have their own dedicated section). Our standard procedure is to drop all guests at the main resort entrance unless a specific wing is requested beforehand. Because the resort regularly uses its own internal buggy service from the main lobby to transport guests and luggage to the correct buildings, our drivers generally view the resort as one unified destination. However, we completely understand that a clearer explanation from our driver would have prevented this stress for your family. We will address this with our team to ensure our drivers communicate more clearly and helpfully in the future.
