A true highlight of our trip to Portugal! The Pastel de Nata class was a fun, authentic, and memorable experience. Our instructor was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, making everything easy to follow even for beginners. We loved that it was hands-on—we got to make Portugal’s famous Pastéis de Nata ourselves and enjoy them fresh out of the oven. They were warm, crispy, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The class was a perfect mix of culture, history, and food, and gave us both a great memory and a new skill to take home. If you’re in Lisbon and want something beyond typical sightseeing, BOOK THIS CLASS! Perfect for couples, friends, families, or solo travelers. 🇵🇹❤️
Excellent hosts, guide you through the process. You get to eat what you make. A great way to meet other people.
We booked this baking class for our team retreat in Lisbon. Pedro, the cooking instructor, was amazing at giving us the instructions and guiding us through the techniques. We had a lovely time as a team working in pairs, and go to enjoy our fruits of labor afterward :)
Come in a group and make your own fun. Our chef instructor made this feel extremely rushed and impersonal. He almost seemed aggravated with being there. At the end, we had to ask for the port and got a small shot glass half full. Not what was expected or represented at all. Again, bring your own party.
Fun and delicious experience even as a solo traveler. Nice to bring home a taste of Portugal. Chef was very engaging. Class was easy to follow along.
Our pastel de nata class was wonderful. Marta was a great instructor and we learned so much, especially when it came to the intracacies of preparing the dough
The was a fun, hands on class where we worked in pairs to make & cook our pastel de natas with time to eat some of them fresh from the oven and the rest taken away in a box.
We had a wonderful time making pastel de Nata at the cooking class. We are a family of five with three kids ages eight, 10 and 13. The kids had a great time and our chef was patient in detailed. I would highly recommend this experience!
