For CDG & ORY airports pick-ups, a 45-minute buffer is included to allow time for immigration and luggage collection. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off addresses, along with your flight number for tracking. Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. The driver tracks your flight’s landing time and will wait up to 60 minutes after the flight lands at the airport. For other pickup points, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes.

At last minute (sitting in US airport) got a message re may need a bigger car and do you want to upgrade. We sorted out but that should have been sorted a week earlier. Driver was nice but got confused with his instructions where to meet. We went out to where he mentioned and he was inside but he should have had a sign and been clearer about where to meet FYI, you come to Europe expect them to use What's App for text and phone

Reservation was made very easily. The driver was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival, and another came to pick us up at the hotel for the return. Both were on time and friendly. Information and confirmation were received the day before. I will book again and I recommend.

They advertise in the photo mini van. Booked 4 adult pax and they showed up in a Tesla and we had to sit on our luggage. They said, 4 pieces and no carry on purses or totes included. They were the higher priced transfer and I thought they would be good. Also, TravelTru the operator is located in Singapore ( did not know this) and not a good fit for a transfer in Paris. Customer Service pretty much said, too bad. Also, no where in the reservation did it state only 4 pieces of luggage and no carry on extras. Very misleading and actually fraudulent. Bad operator.
