Parasailing, Snorkel Cruise & Virgen Beach from Punta Cana

We had an amazing time although we payed for pictures we never received. The person in charge was supposed to refund me and never did. We went on the 20th and today is the 27th. It was just a lot of money.

Fun time! Tour guides were great, made sure they were attentive to everyone. Only critique I would give is the photos, way over priced & guide was a bit pushy to buy them. Other than that I would highly recommend this excursion!

The excursion was a great time. Very safe as we left our resort with the driver and were escorted everywhere we went. Parasailing was a blast and tons of fish to see during snorkeling. The catamaran had a slide into the water and we had a great time. Yummy sandwiches and fruit for lunch and unlimited drinks.

Like others have said you wait for others to do things that aren’t included in your package. We didn’t mind waiting for some in our group to swim with the sharks. We were able to hang out on the platform. We only had a total of 8 people in our group and we had a great time!! Luis and crew were fun and took great care of us. If you go parasailing make sure you look down for sea turtles-we saw two!!

We did what was advertised on Viator, and had a great time. The crew was friendly and helpful, The pickup at our hotel was on time. No complaints.

Overall a good experience but left with a bitter taste as experience wasn’t as advertised. Pickup from the hotel was smooth and the journey to Bávaro beach was quick. We started the trip with parasailing which was great, then travelled to the main cruise boat by speed boat for snorkelling. The snorkelling was also very good and we saw a lot of fish. The boat ride to Virgen beach was very nice, with music, fresh fruit, and an open bar included. We spent an hour relaxing at Virgen beach which was also very nice. We then travelled back to bavaro beach. Our host Luiz was also good. Negatives - Experience not as advertised - when I made the booking the experience was advertised as “parasailing, sting rays, Virgen Beach”. The title of the experience has changed since making the booking, but I was not notified, and therefore did not get what I paid for, as we did not swim with any sting rays. This was very disappointing. - Photographer pricing - this was our 4th excursion in DR and our 4th round of being ripped off by photographers. As with every excursion, the photographer takes nice photos, then charges an obscene price. In our case the photographer quoted $150, then makes us feel like cheap skates for not buying them. Just set realistic prices that don’t rip off tourists and people will buy them. They should also offer flexible options for less money, e.g 10 photos for $40. - More information during snorkelling and on Virgen beach would also have improved the activities, despite already being good.

The walk is very beautiful. The diving was safe and beautiful. A little tired but it was worth it. Derly is an excellent guide, very friendly and lively.

This excursion was loads of fun and the crew members were very involved with everyone including the little kids. My kids loved the parasailing and snorkel…on top of that we stopped at an area with shallow water and my kids loved went down the boat slide numerous times. Would recommend this excursion.

It took 2 hours to get there and no one updated us to let us know why there was such a huge delay. The parasailing guys were rude. Once we got there, we waited another 30 mins because they were trying to combine our trip with someone else's. The captain of the boat/Bartender was the bright spot! He had an amazing attitude. I felt like a lot of what had happened was out of his control.
