Pamukkale is an amazing & unique experience and really enjoyed my time here. Trip was well organised with plenty of rest stops. It was a very long journey from Bodrum but it was worth it. We didn’t do the cleopatra pool, but absolutely loved exploring the hot springs and taking in the history at the museum collection and amphitheater
The trip all in all was very beautiful and interesting, a pity about the promotional stops that resulted in a waste of time that did not allow for a visit to the ruins of the city, having paid the supplement for the swim in Cleopatra's pool, then at lunch we were urged to finish quickly to then visit a winery that no one was interested in, upon returning to the city to conclude they moved us into two different buses like postal packages, arriving at the hotel 2 hours late compared to the scheduled time
Terrible excursion, very little time to visit the archaeological sites, a lot of time for shopping steered by the guides. Russian guide very rude, other guide non-existent. Never did anything. Absolutely do not go, extra price requested for the visits €45 per person in addition to the €60 already paid, a real scam!!
A must visit place if you are in the area. The difrent levels and the colors are amazing to see. I thought it was more dangerous than what is actually is.
Dear Guest, thank you for the lovely review! 😊 We're so glad the colours and different levels left such a strong impression. It's always reassuring to discover it's more accessible than expected! Hope to welcome you back for another amazing experience very soon! Kind regards 🧿 Tourmania Team
It was not a good tour. First if all we had to change bus twice , once on our way to pamukaleh and once to our way back to hotel, with lots of bags to have it was inconvenient, and our bus we changed in our way back was too old and it ruined my clothes and my body with the door opener on the side ! The tour leader was not that detailed and it was more sales tour
Dear Guest , Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that this tour did not meet your expectations. We regret the inconvenience caused by having to change buses during the journey, especially while traveling with luggage. This should be managed more smoothly, and we apologize that it made your day less comfortable. We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding the condition of the vehicle on the return journey and the issue you experienced with the door mechanism. Guest safety and comfort are extremely important to us, and this feedback has been shared internally for review with our transportation partners. We are also sorry that the tour leader’s explanations felt limited and that the experience came across as overly sales-oriented. A guide’s role should be to inform, assist, and enhance the visit, and we regret that this was not your impression. Your comments are appreciated and have been forwarded to the relevant teams so improvements can be made. We regret that this experience left you dissatisfied and thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Kind regards, Tourmania
The trip to Pamukkale was long but that was as expected. Stops to Onyx factory and winery wasn’t on the itinerary but had known about it through the comments. However, the worst part of it was our English guide who didn’t do anything after Pamukkale and dropped us off at the road side with 15 minutes to walk to our hotel. The expectation here was actually to be dropped off at the hotel not in the middle of nowhere. There were no explanation on this whatsoever and it was scary as hell. The lunch buffet was sketchy at best. The ratings are low for a reason. But Pamukkale was interesting and worth visiting.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet expectations, especially regarding the drop-off and guide communication. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’ll review the matter carefully with our local team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We’re glad, however, that you enjoyed visiting Pamukkale itself — it truly is a unique and fascinating destination. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we appreciate you helping us improve our service. Kind regards, Tourmania Team
It’s a long day . It has two stops that are not on the programme . An onyx shop and a wine tasting . It said English speaking guide but he was very poor English we could not understand much . The Cleopatra pool is closed and you only Spend 2 hrs in Pambuclkale despite it being a 14 hr day . . The pools are lovely and quite amazing though .
Dear Guest Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry that your tour did not fully meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused. We completely understand your frustration regarding the length of the day and the additional stops that were not expected. We regret that this was not communicated clearly in advance and that it affected your overall enjoyment of the tour. Please also accept our sincere apologies for the language difficulties with the guide. We recognize how important clear communication is, especially on a long and information-rich tour, and we are very sorry that this impacted your experience. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can take immediate steps to improve. We are especially sorry about the closure of Cleopatra’s Pool and understand how disappointing this must have been. Unfortunately, this is controlled by local authorities and can change without prior notice, but we acknowledge how this added to your dissatisfaction. We also regret that the time spent at Pamukkale felt insufficient after such a long journey. Thank you for your kind words about the travertine pools — we’re glad that this part of the visit left a positive impression. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced and truly appreciate your honest feedback, which helps us improve our service. Best Regards Tourmania Team
The best out of all the other activities I did in Bodrum. The guide was nice and very knowledgeable. I didn’t quite like the lunch though. Maybe provide more meat next time and not the minced chicken. Overall, it was a great experience. I love the thermal pools.
Thank you so much for this amazing review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
The place itself it well worth a visit. However the duration of the journey is testing (to say the least - 15 hours. There’s no way they could do it in 12 therefore this is misleading/ a lie). The description claims that there is a stop for dinner - there isn’t - and that they stop at Kirmizi Su - they didn’t. So again this is misleading. The guide was decent, although it was difficult to hear him. On the way home the coach was damaged due to a random attack, the guide dealt with this very professionally.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you had such an experience and we could not meet your 5-star mark. Next time we will do our best to make you happy by improving our services even more.
Really enjoyed the experience and it was wonderful to see such a natural wonder and amazing ancient history. However I would say that there was a little false advertising in that the stone factory on the way and the wine factory on the way back were not advertised on trip advisor as being part of the experience( although I enjoyed the wine). If these are to be part of it then at least being transparent about this up front would I feel make some tourists less disgruntled and more likely to actually buy from them. Equally the ticket price of access to Hierapolis was not included in the fee and this would have made things smoother in terms of collecting money from everybody on the coach. Finally the tour advertised that we were also due to stop at a local village with red hot water springs, but due to an incident with a collision on the coach (which was not at all the fault of the drive or the tour company for the record!) it entirely slipped my mind that we were supposed to visit this village and these springs after Hierapolis but they were never mentioned. Again being more clear in the advertising about what is and what isn’t included in the tour would be really helpful. To also feel like you can comfortably see all the sites at Hierapolis I think an additional hour or two would make things much more relaxed, and a later return rather than an early morning start which for us was 5:30. I think on holiday 6:30 is acceptable but not earlier! - but that could just be me!
Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you had such an experience and we could not meet your 5-star mark. Next time we will do our best to make you happy by improving our services even more.
