Cooking class in Padua

The cooking class was a very nice experience cooking in a 3 generation Italian apartment home. David was fun and a great teacher. The experience was memorable.

Fabulous food with a fabulous guide.

This was a fabulous experience with Catia. She is warm and personable, and enthusiastic about Padova, its culture and its culinary traditions. We toured the market, picked up a few groceries, stopped for a cafe and then went to her home. She taught us to make bigoli pasta, a local tradition, with a sauce of three types of tomatoes. We ate with her on her patio. We discussed food, Italian history and even current affairs. What a great afternoon.
