Outdoor Escape Room in San Francisco - SOMA/Embarcadero

My boyfriend gave me this escape room as a gift, and we spent a fun 2.5 hours solving it in SOMA. Saw parts of town that we wouldn't have otherwise, got some steps in, and got to flex our "problem-solving" muscles. If you like escape rooms or games, I'd recommend picking up the outdoor escape room for your home city!

I went on a date where we played the Escapely game around SOMA (south of market in San Francisco). The clues were really clever and we had so much fun solving the puzzles. It made our date super fun and engaging. Highly recommend for friends and family to do as well.

What a VERY cool outdoor experience! Our kids range from 18 to 24, so it's tough to agree on activities everyone enjoys, school and work schedules don't help. Travel plans can get expensive. This outdoor escape adventure in San Francisco totally exceeded our expectations. Each challenge was unique. I loved watching how logically our kids approached everything. It was fun to see their different problem-solving styles in action—they came in handy throughout! We all agreed it was a blast, and would definitely do it again. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, engaging way to bond and explore the city outdoors!

We had fun exploring SF. We like how they had us go to art that is around the city. Just a lot of walking, so prepare for that. Also, best for a small group and teens. I think young kids will get too tired and they may not be able to figure out the clues.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience with the Escapely game in San Francisco. We weren’t sure what to expect, but it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The guided walk blended sightseeing, storytelling and puzzle solving perfectly. We loved how each clue taught us something interesting about the city and led us to spots we might have otherwise missed. It felt like a fun adventure and a mini tour at the same time, and the puzzles were challenging in the best way. Most importantly, it was a great bonding experience for all of us. We laughed, learned, explored and worked together every step of the way. Highly recommended for families, visitors or anyone who wants a unique and engaging way to discover San Francisco. We’ll definitely try Escapely again in another city!

My wife and I did the game for a date and had a great time exploring parts of San Francisco we had not seen before. The puzzles were just the right difficulty and we liked that they incorporated the landmarks and culture of the city. We recommend Escapely to all of our family and friends!

We loved the outdoor escape room! Not only was it fun for my son’s 11th birthday party, but it brought us to new parts of the city that we hadn’t yet explored and uncovered some gorgeous urban art. Lots of fun was had by all!

So fun!! Great way to explore different areas of the city we don’t normally hang out in. Made for an exciting date!!!!! :)

This was so much fun. We did this escape box in the morning before our Alcatraz Tour. The box wasn't too difficult but there were a few tasks that made us pause. Another great aspect is seeing different parts of the city. We came across Sana'a which is a Yemeni Cafe. Delicious! We never would have stopped in if it weren't for this experience. There were four of us....two adults and two teens. It took less than three hours to finish. We didn't rush and did stop into a few places along the way.
