Itinerary
Explore one of the largest shopping arcade streets lined with numerous dining restaurants and bars. In Ohatsu, Tenjin Food Street boasts over 100 izakayas (Japanese pubs). Here, we will enjoy one of Osaka's iconic gourmet delights - Takoyaki. Taste the takoyaki by a chef who has trained at a Michelin-Bib Gourmand Takoyaki shop. Don't miss specially made takoyaki balls!
Next, we will dive into the underground streets. The Umeda underground area is quite intricate, often referred to as the 'Umeda Dungeon.' Among them, the 'Osaka ekimae office buildings' comprises office buildings 1 through 4, while the underground is packed with numerous eateries, cafes, bars, and shops. Here, let's cheers and try Osaka's specialty skewered cutlets. And enjoy the atmosphere of Japanese style izakaya pub filled with local people.
For the last place we will discover the Osaka Station area. Osaka Station is a hub where conventional rail and subway lines intersect. There are numerous department stores lining the area. Let's conclude the tour by savoring craft beer at a craft beer stand at iconic department stores. This place is close to Umeda sky building. After the tour, I recommend going there and enjoy the stunning night view.
