- Please note that each vehicle has a certain capacity to fit a maximum number of passengers and luggage. If the total number of customers and/or suitcaces exceeds this capacity, clients will have to take a taxi direcly from the airport or city centre.
- Please bear in mind that this product offers private transportation from the airport to the city centre. If you register an address outside the city centre, we will inform you of the price difference, and you will have to pay it through a link that we can provide you with. If we don't receive a response 24 hours prior to the pickup time, the driver will drop you off at the city centre.

asked for pickup with enough time to get luggage and customs done. plane arrived early. while waiting for luggage 45 minutes before I asked to be picked up, received call asking where we were. when luggage picked up called them back to be told driver had left, not returning. took a cab to hotel, was cheaper than the rate we had been charged. NEVER would I recommend this option!!!

Never got a ride. Driver took Gifford group to their hotel and called me at the airport and said he waited and could not reach me. I ended up paying for a taxi to take me to the hotel.

For airport pick-ups, our policy includes an additional 30-minute offset after the flight lands to allow time for luggage and customs, followed by 45 minutes of free waiting time. In this case, the driver arrived 30 minutes after landing and waited a total of 45 minutes from his arrival. Please note that for city pick-ups, the standard waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled time. Unfortunately, as the waiting time was exceeded and we were unable to reach you, the service had to be closed. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
