The tour guide was very nice and informative, but I would recommend just booking a car for the day as there was little added benefit of the tour. The sale pitch at the shop could also go or be more transparent to skip.

Outstanding full day tour of Delhi I’ve just had. My trusted guide Yashpal made today’s entire day so worthwhile. Basically I was picked up from my hotel, on time, in a clean air-conditioned sedan (Driver was Sakil who again was a really sweet reliable professional). Yashpal, my guide, was waiting at Qutub Minar. From then on, throughout the day he was by me guiding me through the various places of historical importance in Delhi. Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, Red Fort (drove by), Jama Masjid (he waited patiently while I offered prayers), Chandni Chowk, Parathe wali Gali, lunch at Karims, organised a rickshaw ride. All through he was very resourceful, offering to navigate me through the traffic, offering wet wipes, he even paid in cash at the various entrance gates (I paid him back towards the end of the day). All in all a fabulous day trip.
I had day layover and booked tour with Jaspal Sharma. Everything was great, guide was friendly and shared a lot stories about India. Also driver was on time, didn’t had any problems. I would recommend this tour!
It has been really a good experience. We had to modify the activities a little since there were some areas closed for the Independence Day celebration, but it was highly rewarding anyway. The guide did a great job.

Sharma the guide was incredible, it was my first time in India and I was traveling alone; from Pooran the driver picking me up at the airport, he made me feel comfortable, and between the two of them, they made my visit to India exceed my expectations. Without a doubt, I would book the visit to Old Delhi with them again; they are great people and great professionals.
