I have to say this company were very efficient. We were picked up on schedule every time we used them. The drivers were friendly and informative. We had Daniel, Jose and Lucas during our time and we will definitely use them again when we are next in Miami

Misinformation
I was given wrong information about the what was offered. I requested a transport from Miami port to Miami airport. And even called to confirm but apparently they don’t do that.

Hello. There is a misunderstanding from your side. You booked a shuttle service (shared service) to go to Sawgrass mills mall, which is a well Known Shopping in South Florida. This is the first time, a person misundestand the tour description. You booked five oersons in advanced with no information, but just your name and number of persons. We had been contacting you since the month of June , in multiple ocassions via WhatsApp and email thru viator or trip advisor. We asked you info about your hotel name and adress, so that , we could inform you the pick up time in that location. You never replied to our messages. The day of the service, we called you and you did not replied. Then, you called us back some minutes later, informing us you booked a transfer from port of Miami to Miami International airport. I explained uou , that what you booked were not a private transfer, you booked a shuttle to Sawgrass mall. I told you that I was going to procced to cancel your booking, because obviously, you didn’t want to go ti a Shopping mall, and we don’t pick Up from the port of Miami. I also told you, that I was hoing to Authorize viator or trip advisor a full refund gor thae amount you paid. Even though, we tried to contact you multiple times and we have a 24 hr cancellation policy. I am sorry, yiu did not understand why were buying in the web. My suggestion is to read carefully the product information next time You do Your online purchase. Have a wonderful day.

Good service, affordable and with a wait!
Everything good, within what was expected, the pick up near my hotel, it took a little while, but within what is tolerable, the trip with stops but it was known that it was like that. The pickup was on time, everything good. I decided to stay and forgot to notify them and they called me to tell me that they were waiting for me, which I thought was very good, others simply would have left you!

Great Option for getting to Sawgrass
As solo traveler who was not renting a car but wanted to get to Sawgrass without the high Uber cost, this was quite an efficient option. The service was quite good, from communication to comfort, an easy ride and on time.
