Off-Road ATV - Quad Adventure on Mount Faito from Sorrento

Tour guide Francesco was great! Had an amazing day, stopped at breath taking views

I really recommend this activity when you are in sorrento. It’s a nice way to escape the heat and don’t want to spend the entire day on the beach. They take you all the way up into the mountains where you get a spectacular view over the peninsula. Everything was perfectly organized, i had an amazing driver who despite not speaking english did his best to communicate while driving me to the starting point. Franchesco expertly guides you through the steep marrow streets to the top and back

ATV was dead when we arrived (and broken). After an hour of waiting for the guide to leave, get jumper cables and return, the battery was fully dead and they did not have a backup. Could not go on the tour. Guide said “good for me I can Go have a beer” and told me to request a refund through the operator. Operator is refusing to refund me stating that the guide lied and said the ATV was working. Contacted Viator who also refused the refund due to the tour company. I told Then we have video proof that it was not working and they still refused. The ATV’s had broken shift gears, were ripped up and we were taken to a side of a mountain, not an actual facility. I use Viator all the time to avoid companies that aren’t reputable and this company was the worst I have ever dealt with. He gave no instruction on how to use it. The foot brakes weren’t working on 2 of them when we started them up. They could not provide the service paid for, and are refusing to refund me.

we had the best time with our tour guide! he took us to so many lookouts, and to places we didn’t expect Italy to look like. It’s such a good way to get out and about as Sorrento can sometimes be limited with what to do. We highly recommend and would do it again if we ever come back to Sorrento!

We had the most incredible experience on the quad adventure during our honeymoon. From start to finish, everything was so well organised and enjoyable, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide was brilliant… extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly before we set off. The route was absolutely breathtaking. We travelled through beautiful forest trails and up to incredible mountain viewpoints with scenery we never would have discovered on our own. We also stopped for food and drinks before making our way back, which made the whole experience feel relaxed. We genuinely couldn’t recommend this experience more. Thank you

What a brilliant day quadding. Was great to go around local areas that you wouldn't usually visit. Francesco our guide was great and made sure we went at a speedy good for everyone. Would highly recommend this trip and would definitly do it again.

Great roadways to the top of mountains 4000' elev. Beautiful views, safe guide, equipment could use TLC.. Wonderful day...most different type experience in Sorrento

We had a great time with Francesco our guide. I was a bit nervous about going on a quad bike but it was easy to use and we saw a beautiful side of Italy up in the mountains with some amazing viewpoints that Francesco knew. Would definitely recommend this trip, don’t miss out it’s great fun.

Unbelievable. The service of the driver and our guide was excellent. And the excursion was really good! Very entertaining and with stops in the best places with the best views of Sorrento. We chose the activity because we were well suited to our boat as we came from cruising in Naples. And the agency was very flexible with us! We loved it. We really recommend it if you want a quad bike activity in Naples or Sorrento.
