Driver was waiting for us on exit from departures at LGA. Vehicle was as described, spacious and very clean black SUV. Would recommend.

Everything was well coordinated and the driver and vehicle were nice. The driver spoke very little English and even though the correct hotel was listed in the email he dropped us at hotel with a similar name. It was a busy New York street and we saw the work Plaza in the name but it was the wrong hotel. We had to call for another ride for $55 to get to the correct hotel.

Excellent service - constant contact before trip to let me know what to expect - then when my flight was cancelled and rebooked they were easy to contact and rearrange the ride. They showed up as expected in a clean vehicle and took us to our destination. I would use this service anytime

The driver was not there when we arrived for pickup. Once there he was nice, good driver, pointed out a few interesting things. We even provide a tip, which I regret. The biggest issue I have is that he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Once we pulled up it said Doubletree Hilton. I was hesitant and asked him if we were at right place that our booking did not say Doubletree, it was Hilton, Times Square, Midtown Manhattan. He assured me yes all of the hotels are Hilton. I made mistake of not having him wait while we went in to check if we were at the right place. I'm mad at this time because they dont, so in short Diubletree figures it outwhere we are suppose to be offers to get another ride, which we would be paying again, so we walked about half mile with three luggage bags to get to right hotel. The agent only provided hotel name and location not full address, so lesson learned, double check everyone/ everything!
