Our feasting tour of 15+ tastings invites guests on a culinary experience around the Chiang Mai led by our team of professional foodie guides. Our award-winning tour has hosted over 2,000 foodie travellers in groups no bigger than 8 exclusive guests. Don’t follow the herd. Forget green curry and pad Thai, that's central Thai fare. Hop on board our private songthaew truck for four hours of feasting. Hit up the street eats and fresh markets across the city gorging on 15+ Northern Thai tastings. Many are unaware that this used to be the Lanna Kingdom well before it was part of Thailand and its food influences come from neighbouring Myanmar, China and beyond. We don't want to spoil the surprise, but some drool-worthy highlights include the zingy nam ngiaw noodles, the meaty larb salads, the sizzling lemongrass sai oua sausages and piquant nam prik relishes among many more lip-smackingly good tastings at places you'd struggle to find alone.
The tour concludes at the local Wararot Market along the Ping River. Enjoy local hospitality and meet new friends along the way. End the tour armed with the knowledge you'll need to continue eating street food across Thailand.

The best experience I had in Chiang Mai! You get to taste over 15 of Chiang mai's best for such great value. The tour was perfectly paced and our wonderful guide P'Aim really made sure the experience was perfect. She is so knowledgable, interactive and accommodating. With her, I felt as if I got to know so much about Northern Thai cuisine.
This food tour was incredible. From start to finish it was a feast for all senses. Our guide Indy (spelling?) was wonderful and the places she took us to were sooo delicious. Each dish was a riot of flavor and spice. Come hungry. The tour lasts 4 hours and you will leave stuffed. But you will absolutely not leave disappointed. Book it now and taste the best food Northern Thailand has to offer.
Simply fantastic. A tour of Thai foods with a very well-prepared and very nice guide. It is a group tour that will take you around the city (in one of those typical red taxis/vans) to discover the most typical local dishes. Prepare yourselves to eat everywhere and everything, insects included. It is an experience to do (on my own I would never try what we ate). Rating 10 for the tour and 10 for the guide. Some dishes are spicy but all in all still at a very acceptable level.
We absolutely loved this tour! Our guide, Moui, was incredible. She had such an impressive amount of knowledge about the history, culture and food of Northern Thailand, and her English was honestly better than mine 😂 — which was very impressive! Every single dish we tried was delicious, and what we loved most was being introduced to so many foods we probably never would have thought to try ourselves. We discovered so many new flavours and dishes that we absolutely loved. Moui made the whole experience so interesting, relaxed and enjoyable, and you could really tell how passionate she is about sharing the food and culture of Chiang Mai. 10/10 experience and we would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!
Ive been on a lot of food tour and this one’s separates its self from the rest. It was so much more than just food. Aim was the narrator of the history behind these wonderful dishes. Aim was the best tour guide I ever had.
We had previously taken a food tour with this same company in Bangkok and it did not disappoint, so we thought we’d do the same when we got to Chiang Mai. We had a lovely time with our guide this evening. She had so much knowledge of the history and culture of the north of Thailand. A must do when you are in Chiang Mai.
This food tour was great! Our tour guide Aim was amazing and very knowledgeable about all of Chiang Mai. And she had jokes haha. Highly recommend this tour for anyone. Come hungry, we were all full by the end.
Excellent food and also historical and cultural perspective - overall an outstanding experience and perfect way to learn about Chiang Mai! Aim was a terrific guide, full of stories, history and personal insight. Very educational and fun!
Super food tour!! Very nice guide, small group, lots and lots of good food in all kinds of locations. Quite adventurous food, but so delicious!!
Moui was our amazing guide. She shared tons of information along the way. Historical, culinary and fun facts! She always had something fascinating to tell us. We had so many amazing food tastings that we had to skip the last two stops and go right to dessert! Everyone was full to bursting! It was a good problem to have. We had a nice red taxi bus to take us between all the stops. It was raining but we didn’t really get wet. Overall we loved this tour and would even do it again if they had a second different option. We do food tours in every country. This was great!
