Important Information
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Tour ends in Luxor on last day in Luxor by 3 to 4 PM
- All the excluding items can be paid in Cash or credit card
- Hot air balloon optional tour can be cancelled sometimes by the ministry of aviation due to the bad weather ( in such case it will be totally refunded for this tour )
- We will text you via WhatsApp and add you to the group tour to be easier during the pick up
- The name of the boat is decided few days before the trip when it gets the sailing permission from our government as all cruise tours in Egypt
- Children under the age of 6 years are not allowed for the balloon trip.
- We drop off all our customers to Luxor east bank hotels and available to drive them to Luxor west bank hotels with extra 10 us dollars per person at the end of the Cruise Trip
- We pick up all our guests from Aswan east bank hotels and available to pick up from west bank hotels or Aswan airport with extra 12 us dollars per person
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
- All bookings for 3 persons, will be accommodated in 1 Cabin (Room)
- For bookings of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11.99 years, one triple room (with three beds) will be provided. , otherwise you can book for 3 adult and one child in case you want 2 rooms

Khaled made our Nile cruise an absolute dream! From day one, his attention to detail was unmatched. What touched us the most was how amazing he was with our 2-year-old daughter, he was constantly checking in on her and making sure our family had everything we needed to feel comfortable. As a guide, he is brilliant. He expertly scheduled our excursions so we always missed the heavy tourist crowds and beat the intense afternoon sun. Combined with a wonderful group of fellow travelers, the vibes throughout the trip were unbeatable. It was genuinely a trip of a lifetime, and we couldn't be more grateful to Khaled for making it so seamless and unforgettable!

King Mina was our guide during the trip and was excellent. We had a problem with our flight pro Egypt and we ended up arriving a day late and on top of the tour time and still the group waiting for us and she even separated for us some snacks so that we could have lunch. During the guided tours his explanations about Egypt were fun and well-humored, easy to understand. Besides, they helped us pick places to buy water, price tips and other extra things from their activity as a guide. So I would recommend King Mina as a guide

Our Nile cruise on the Semiramis II was absolutely fantastic. The ship offered a wonderful experience, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views throughout the entire journey.The entire onboard staff was incredibly attentive and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and handled every detail with genuine hospitality.The absolute highlight of our trip was our tour guide,King Mina. He is highly knowledgeable about ancient Egyptian history, making every temple visit engaging, clear, and fascinating. Beyond his exceptional guiding skills, Mina was a lifesaver when our flight was canceled and we were delayed. He provided incredible support, helped us manage the situation, and ensured our trip stayed right on track.I highly recommend the Semiramis II, and especially the top-notch service from Mina!

When rating the cruise, you are rating the boat, the food during the cruise, other services (facilities, etc.), and the assigned guide, Khaled, who is responsible for this cruise. I rated it 3 out of 5 because the \"guide's\" rating brings down the total score. The boat, food, and facilities were very good, but on this cruise, they make you pay the \"mandatory\" tip before starting it. Unheard of when you still don't know if they deserve it or not. For our part, the guide was not good at all; he was not like other guides we have had on other trips. He would give you an explanation and then all the free time without him. He never had the kindness to take a photo of one of the 3 families that were there; only on the last day for his Instagram. Mind you, wasting time in a perfume, spice, ceramic, and papyrus shop, he had no problem wasting it, all for the commission he would receive later. On the last day, he was only worried about the review we would leave him.

Definitely not 5 star! Lots of hidden charges! I cant believe not even service water during meals. No hot air balloon as advertised even if they know already that it’s suspended starting June. Poor communication prior to cruise. Only knew about the details of the boat less than 24hrs prior to cruising. Far from 5 star service and interiors. Very limited food options. Mina the tour guide, however, is great and helpful!

Horrific, a horrifying experience when nothing that is advertised coincides with reality. The boat was of a much lower rank, very dirty, old and without proper services. And let alone the guide, the worst part of the cruise. The treatment received leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend closing this trip with VIATOR

Absolutely worth it! It includes all the highlights and and our guide Mina was great as well, told us so much and made us have an enjoyable time. This is one of the cruises that's also affordable for a solo traveller.
