Safety is always our highest priority, particularly during outdoor activities where weather conditions can change quickly. While we understand that having the final portion of an activity interrupted is disappointing, our guides must make decisions based on the conditions present at that moment and the safety of everyone participating. Regarding your comments about a refund or rescheduling, we would also like to clarify that our team did not receive a direct request from you for either option following the tour. Therefore, we did not have an opportunity to review your concerns or provide further assistance at that time. We are sorry if there was any confusion regarding whom to contact. We always encourage our guests to contact our customer service team directly whenever there is a concern with an experience so that we have the opportunity to review the circumstances and provide appropriate assistance.
