On the night of your booking, the event took place exactly as scheduled, with more than 45 participants and 2 guides in bright yellow shirts at the meeting point. It seems you did not approach our guides, the bartender, or the staff at the venue to ask for assistance. Many guests arrive early and simply check in with our team — it only takes a question to be directed to the right person. Unfortunately, in your case, no effort was made on your side to connect with the group, even though the crawl went ahead as normal. We always provide clear instructions in the booking confirmation, including the meeting point and check-in process. The event did happen, and all participants enjoyed the night, which is why your refund request was declined. This is simply part of their safety and crowd-management procedure, not an attempt to block anyone. As for the bars and clubs, the nightlife in Nice can be crowded and drink prices vary depending on the venue.
