Pickup Locations & Times
For pick-ups from JFK and EWR airports, a 60-minute buffer is applied to your scheduled pick-up time to allow for a smooth experience. These are high-traffic airports, and the buffer ensures you have enough time to clear immigration and collect your luggage. Please note: This service does not include a meet-and-greet sign. However, our driver will actively contact you and provide dedicated guidance to ensure a smooth pickup. Our driver will be waiting for you in the respective pick-up zone. Please follow the instructions according to your arrival terminal: Terminal 1: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at Gate G. Terminal 4: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at Gate C3. Terminal 5: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. Take the lift to the arrival level, and we will meet you at Gate 3. Terminal 7: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at the arrival hall. Terminal 8: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at the arrival hall.

Excellent service, very good knowledgeable driver called Victor. Definitely recommend them, all went very smoothly.
Our flight was delayed so I was worried they would not still be waiting but they were there. They did have the wrong destination address but when I advised where we were going there was no issue to make that change. We had been travelling all day so it was so nice to not have to worry about working out our transfer to accommodation on our arrival. Great value for money.

Tried this service in Lisbon. Our flight had a 2h+ delay and we didn't expect our car to be waiting for us after such a delay. Instead, we got a great surprise! Our driver was there waiting for us.
