Itinerary
Honoring classic and current artists, the Museum exhibits everything from Hank Williams's cherished Martin guitar to Elvis Presley's custom Cadillac limousine, to outfits and instruments from the likes of Alison Krauss and Carrie Underwood, to a showcase of today’s top artists.
Historic RCA Studio B opened in 1957 and was once the recording home of popular music titans such as Elvis Presley, Chet Atkins, Dolly Parton, and the Everly Brothers. RCA Studio B first became known as one of the cradles of the “Nashville Sound” in the 1960s. A sophisticated style characterized by background vocals and strings, the Nashville Sound both revived the popularity of country music and helped establish Nashville as an international recording center. Hitmakers in Studio B have included Elvis Presley, Eddy Arnold, Waylon Jennings, Bobby Bare, Dolly Parton, Jim Reeves, Willie Nelson, and Floyd Cramer, among others.

Had a fantastic experience, it felt both surreal and emotional to be standing in the same spot as some of my musical heroes once have. Our tour guide Ron was great- so knowledgeable and funny. Highly recommend!
So much history we learned about the Studio from Ron. Wonderful experience to learn how the artists recorded their songs.
Seth was very knowledgeable about the history of the recording studio and relayed his information in a way that was easy to understand
We had the most incredible tour with Ron our guide, such a knowledgeable welcoming friendly professional guy full of facts about the magic of Studio B - the room where it all happened Thank you Ron it was the best way to start our holiday in Nashville
Saved a TON of money booking with TripAdvisor. Studio B tour is worth it. Seth our tour guide was great! Hall of fame was meh… Bus transportation was not running. Fun time overall.
Ron did a good job and I can tell he knows what’s he’s talking about. I want to thank him for an awesome tour!
Studio B was great to see and hear about the legendary singers who have recorded at the venue. The tour was very rushed with no time to look around or enjoy. In the studio one couple was looking around while the guide was talking and he told them to sit down. He told us repeatedly that we had to move quickly, take our pictures and get back on the bus.
Such an awesome tour of such an iconic piece of musical history. Our tour guide Ron was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had and you can tell he really loves what he does. A must see if you’re into music and in Nashville!
We had a wonderful experience doing the RCA studio B tour. Our tour guide Ron was very funny, but also was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the studio. Still amazed how he remembered all the stories and facts. Learned so much about the country music legends, and it was a real treat to be able to stand where Elvis had once stood to record songs. The museum was also surprisingly great and we spent 2 1/2 hours there. Learned so much about the roots of country music. Highly recommend doing the combo tour.
It was a nice tour.. the tour guide was not personable and seemed like he had his speeches memorized.. didn’t have leave much time for questions.. the shuttle bus had the mesh on the windows so couldn’t take pictures of places we drove past.. the museum was very awesome.. lots to look at an explore.. it did take us a couple of hours to go thru the museum..
