Had a medical emergency...
Had a medical emergency with a friend and got charged 150 dollars extra to take us to the emergency room.

We are truly sorry that one of your group experienced a medical emergency during your trip, and we hope your friend is doing well.
During the incident, our chauffeur transported your entire group of 12 passengers into our Sprinter van to the emergency room so that your friend could receive medical attention. After dropping them off at the hospital, our chauffeur then continued transporting the remaining passengers to the originally scheduled destination.
Before making this unscheduled stop, we informed the you that the additional transportation time and deviation from the original itinerary would result in an extra charge, and this was approved at that time.
And you refused to pay the bill and we happy to canceled the additional charge . and you got it without extra charge .
Our team always strives to assist our clients during unexpected situations, and in this case, we were happy to accommodate your group's needs during a stressful emergency. We appreciate your understanding that additional services and itinerary changes may result in extra charges.
We sincerely hope everyone is doing well and appreciate the opportunity to have served your group.

Nashville Crew
Communication prior to pick-up was great - including instructions on where to meet them once we landed at the airport and how to get to that location. Vehicles were clean and drivers were very professional. Got us to our destinations without any problems! There were 4 of us and we all agree we will use them again!
