We booked the tractor pulled tour.. when we arrived at the pickup location we were told there were not enough people to take the tractor. We did the tour in a stretch golf cart.. it was very informative.. but we were disappointed that we couldn’t do the tractor ride.
We had an absolute great time on the actual tour, however once we arrived back at the hub, the worker on the ‘bull ride’ was the rudest most incompetent man I have met. He body shamed one of our friends and refused to service 3 others. His attitude and mindset was horrendous. I have never met someone working within the hospitality industry with this mentality and been supported by the manger’s. The supervisor we called over to raise their attention smiled and quote said ’ he’s our longest employee’, we then raised the attention of a superior manager who was understanding. This is absolutely unacceptable considering the comment made was entirely uncalled for and unrelated. Other staff on the premises agreed with our views and shared other experiences from other encounters where this man shamed women on their body, clothing, and personality. He must be removed from the premises. However I would highly recommend the tour as long as this man is removed as he seems to be a threat to any women attending.

While we share the same location, we are not involved in their hiring, staffing, or day-to-day management. That said, we don't take feedback like this lightly. Although this business operates independently from Joyride, I have personally shared your concerns with their management team and expect them to thoroughly review the situation. complete and utter ripoff... even charged for parking... stupid tractor goes 5 miles an hour

We would, however, like to clarify one point for anyone reading this review: Joyride has never charged guests for parking, and we never will. We have a small parking lot available at our office, as well as free street parking nearby. If a guest chooses to park in one of the many privately owned paid lots or garages downtown, those fees are set entirely by the parking operator and are not affiliated with Joyride in any way. Regarding the tractor, it's intentionally operated at a safe sightseeing speed of approximately 10–12 mph. That speed allows us to safely navigate downtown Nashville while giving guests the opportunity to comfortably enjoy the sights and hear the tour narration. Our goal isn't to race through the city—it's to provide a fun, safe, and memorable sightseeing experience. While we're disappointed to hear the tour wasn't a good fit for you, we appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best during your time in Nashville.

Nashville Tractor tour was so much fun!! Tour guides get everyone into the party mode! People from 21-74 and everyone mixed together very well. Several birthdays celebrated and a couple having their bachelor/bachelorette party!!!
Our family really enjoyed the tour and our tour guide! We had spent a few days in Nashville prior to booking our trip. Our only regret is not booking it earlier in the week! We learned a lot about the history and area!
