Margherita was SO helpful and accommodating when our tour with our cruise ship was running late. She was super flexible and offered to move our tour back later. Margherita was super responsive via chat & WhatsApp and offered to take us around to places closer to the port so we could make it back on our ship on time. Overall she was FANTASTIC to work with.
