The tour never happened. We waited at the meeting place as per voucher and we were there 20 minutes earlier than the meeting time. No one showed up nor did receive any calls. Called the activity provider more than 12 times, it rings once then a busy tone. The meeting time was 8:15 am. We were able to talk to someone around 9am or so to find out the tour was cancelled because of some system breakdown between Viator and the Tour provider. Though we were told we will be refunded, it messed up our schedule for the day.
