Do not use this service unless you are already standing in the airport. If your flight is delayed and you are unable to give them 24 hours notice of the delay you will not get your money back. I notified the service as soon as we landed that we had missed our connecting flight but it was not 24 hours in advance so they keep 100% of the fare.
