This small-group walking experience offers an introduction to everyday life in Nadi, guided by a local professional with deep knowledge of Fiji’s culture, history, and communities. Walking through town allows us to slow down and experience the places where daily life happens. Along the way, we visit the Sri Subramaniya Temple, the farmers market, an art gallery showcasing contemporary Fijian artworks, and local art and craft community centre, using each stop to explore how history, religion, food, and community living shape modern Fiji. Group sizes are intentionally kept small to encourage conversation, flexibility, and a relaxed pace. This is the designated meeting point for your walking tour. Guests are welcome to arrive early and make use of the restroom facilities or purchase refreshments such as coffee or bottled water before the tour begins. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow enough time for check-in and a short tour briefing. Departure Times Morning Tour: Departs at 10:00 AM – Please arrive by 9:50 AM. Afternoon Tour: Departs at 1:00 PM – Please arrive by 12:50 PM. To ensure the best experience for everyone, tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time.

Visit the Sri Subramaniya Swami Temple, the largest Hindu temple in the Southern Hemisphere and one of Nadi’s most important cultural landmarks. - Meeting point is outside of Tappoos Shopping Complex, main street Nadi town.

Met up with Tour Rep Maya at the Dept Store/Coffee Shop, that had nice restrooms. Maya so professional and informative. It's a little bit of walking, but at a slow pace. There is ample time shop for local goods, all along the way. It’s a great way to safely tour downtown, while given a short history lesson. Recommend.
Maya is a great tour guide. We received exactly what was written in the description… and more. We got to know the lives of local people, their struggles, we learnt about their past, and the kind personality of Maya made the tour complete. We would absolutely recommend it .

This was exactly what we wanted for our first full day here in Fiji! We got to learn about the culture, ask all the questions and got to experience some of the local life. Maya was great and took me by a couple of stores to make sure I could get essentials at the next price. They are great! If you are wondering if you should book it, just do it.
