Our driver Kelvin was very helpful, competent, and funny. We really enjoyed the tour - the duration of 4.5 hours was ideal!
Our Suresh guide gave us a great tour, solved all our doubts, was patient, waited for us long enough in every place we went, and provided many curious facts about Malaysia. Highly recommended.
The Batu Caves, Ramayana & Kanching Waterfall Tour was wonderful! The sights were impressive and the waterfall refreshing. Our guide Kusaendran was excellent, knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole trip enjoyable. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful day with Suresh, who picked us up at Matic in the morning. 1st stop was was Batu cave, which is a old temple built during the 17th century and maintained as is. Suresh told us everything about those caves and the person who built it who was also brought electricity to Malaysia by producing electricity with water mills. 2nd stop was the elephant sanctuary, during the trip to this place, Suresh has told many stories about the region’s and how those are managed either by the government and others by some kings. Arrived at the elephant sanctuary, we had a pleasure to feed them and bath them which was an amazing experience for my kid, who is usually scared by animals but he loved it so much that he wouldn’t let them. As a summary, Suresh is really a good guide who loved to his work.
Our experience was amazing. Suresh, our guide, explained everything correctly and kindly, he was very friendly and made the experience much more confortable. He also took us to the National Elephants conservation centre. We would like to recommend the tour.
A great tour - not too long, but enough time to see everything in a relaxed way... our driver Steven was great - dry humor and told us a lot about the country and its people!
Had a great trip with Suresh. He took us on the trip that would have been a lot more complicated to organise ourselves. Really nice person. Talked to us about Malaysian culture. Great value.
We had a pick up place scheduled but when the notification came through the pick up point had changed. We questioned the supplier and a result was quickly arranged. The driver and guide Sasi picked us up from our hotel and delivered us back there. Wonderful. The tour itself was fantastic. I haven’t been to Batu Caves in over 47 years! The steps are still steep and 272 of them - you need to take your time! We had plenty of time to explore and the Kanching Waterfalls was a welcome relief. The water was beautiful and cooling. Beware of the monkeys though - they are able to open zippers on backpacks! Cheeky things! We had our backpack tied off so the zippers couldn’t be opened. But they still sat on the bag and tried! A great day with great guide and driver! Thanks again THS Travel and Tours. Well worth it!
We got picked up by our guide Suresh at Matic and went straight away to the Batu Caves. On the way he told us a lot about the history of those & many facts about Malaysia. When we arrived there we had enough time to visit the place. Later on we drove to Kuala Gandah to visit the elephant sanctuary. There we could watch and feed the elephants. To sum it up, it was a great trip and we learned a lot about the places we visited and Malaysia. Suresh explains everything very good and answered all of our questions! We can definitely recommend this trip!
Our guide was helpful, friendly and a great driver.
