Relaxing tour of Mykonos

Our guide, Vaggelis, took us to different parts of the island so we could get a feel for the area away from the busy tourist sites. He was able to give us information about the history of the island as well as interesting tidbits about each place we visited. The walk to the windmills and around the old port shopping area was low-stress and easy to maneuver. We were able to quickly pop in stores to shop, but the main goal there wasn’t shopping, so don’t expect to spend a lot of time shopping. The time on the beach was relaxing. We could change and get in the water or just relax with a drink in the nearby restaurant. We could have purchased a chair with an umbrella but prices for that were expensive for only 30 minutes-1 hour. This is a relaxing tour with not a lot of walking, and you get to see many parts of the island. Would recommend if you don’t just want to go shopping.

Great Day on the Island

Excellent small group tour. Saw all of the highlights of the island. Our guide Alec was superb, safe and did a great job manage two groups who wanted to achieve different outcomes on the trip. He was an excellent guide to ensure we got all the best pictures too.

Old Town area is easier...

Old Town area is easier walking than Santorini.. we took a van to a few spots, but we didn't really get much of the history of the island... pretty though.

Mykonos semi private tour by van

There were seven of us total on a family cruise and we took a semi-private tour of Mykonos. Our driver Terry was fantastic. In addition to seeing all the main sights in Mykonos we received a detailed history lesson of the area and Greece in general. Terry was very knowledgeable and keen to explain in detail.
