Museum of Senses Milan Ticket with SenseKit Included

We visited the museum as a family (me, my husband, and our 28-month-old baby) during our lunch break. Fortunately there were very few people, but the management still proved to be terrible: we don't dare imagine what might happen during times of high attendance. The staff is totally absent in the explanation: no one welcomes you or tells you what to do, you are forced to stop continuously to read the signs on the walls to understand how the installations work. The rooms are really small and no one manages the visit times. As if that weren't enough, the experience is incomplete: the flashlights were missing in the yellow room, effectively making it useless. The most painful note concerns hygiene and comfort, especially for those with a small child: in the blue room there was an unbearable smell of stuffiness and sweat, as well as in the small room with rubber walls for bouncing. Added to this is the discomfort of the mandatory socks provided by the facility: in the room with the water drops the floor is wet, so we found ourselves walking around for the rest of the tour with damp feet. The ticket price is definitely disproportionate for such a small, disorganized, and poorly maintained facility. Highly unrecommended

Visited as a family group, cousins and cousins' children. Excellent opportunity to be together, courses suitable for all ages, fun and interesting. Welcomed by Benedetta, we also tried a challenge game that made the visit even more playful.

Space experience to do without a guide, I went on a school trip and with the guide I skipped various things, if you do it without a guide there are instructions written on the side... anyway fun and at the same time educational. time 1 or 2 hours, experiences that can please both children and teenagers and adults, I would recommend it

Truly beautiful and fun experience

Very kind staff, very cute experience but perhaps a bit too short. Let's say the full price is perhaps a bit high for what is offered, so if you manage to book with some discount it is better :). The game to do as a couple during the tour is nice, with the issuance of a small "certificate" and a final prize (2 lollipops).

Francesca welcomed us at the reception with a beautiful smile and lots of useful info to enjoy our experience among adult friends to the fullest, and I must say that we could not have started in a better way! We had a lot of fun and for an afternoon we went back to being a little like children, like when we used to go to the amusement park. And then the final candy... Top!
